The 313XC series are precise instruments used for evaluating LCR components, materials and semi-conductor devices. They can be used in laboratories and other industrial-grade environments to measure absolutely every aspect of a component or other compatible material. The wide frequency range, coupled with programmable signal level of 0.01V to 2.00V (with auto-ranging 9 range selection) make this meter suitable for use in any application. The series has a built-in, full colour TFT LCD screen for easy viewing and adjustments of measurement results. It also comes with integrated memory, allowing information to be stored and sorted into specific files for easy viewing back at a later date either on the instrument or on PC (download using an RS232C cable). Furthermore, by using the handler interface, the unit can be easily combined with a component handler and a system controller to fully automate component testing, sorting and quality control data processing.
