Key features
Fast & automated
Up to 10 tests/s with internal/external trigger and BIN sorting for lines.
Accurate at low‑ohms
4‑terminal Kelvin, offset compensation and bi‑directional/pulse current reduce EMF/heating errors.
Touch + keypad
5″ colour touch plus hard keys for quick setup and operation.
Flexible interfaces
RS232, RS485, LAN, USB device & host for remote control and logging.
Temperature compensation
Compensate to 0–80 °C with ±0.2 °C accuracy.
Rich result views
Value, ΔABS, Δ%, BIN/limits, statistics and screenshots to USB host.
Where it excels
Ultra-low ohms accuracy
4-terminal Kelvin, offset/TC compensation and bi-directional current deliver stable, repeatable milliohm/µΩ results.
High current testing
Up to <10 A test current (model-/range-dependent) helps overcome contact resistance and improve signal-to-noise.
Production throughput
Up to 10 tests/s, fast trigger, and BIN comparator (HI/GO/LO) for rapid pass/fail sorting on the line.
Temperature-aware results
0–80 °C temperature compensation (±0.2 °C) normalizes readings for fair cross-part comparison.
Easy integration & traceability
RS-232/RS-485/LAN/USB device, plus USB host for screenshots—ideal for remote control, logging and QA records.
Typical use cases
Coil & winding resistance (motors/transformers), relay/switch contact resistance, shunts/busbars, bonding tests, and incoming QA.

4-wire (Kelvin) connection
- Connect I HI/LO to DUT ends; V HI/LO as close to the DUT as possible.
- Open/Short calibrate if needed; avoid changing clip pressure mid-test.
Bi-directional / Pulse current (cancel thermal EMF)
- Apply +I (measure V₊), then −I (measure V₋).
- Compute R = (V₊ − V₋) / (2I) (instrument may handle internally).
Temperature compensation (0–80 °C)
- Connect the temperature probe to TEMP IN and place the tip near the DUT.
- Set temperature reference (e.g., 20 °C) and enable compensation.
