This digital insulation tester is an ideal instrument that can be used in testing insulation of electric machines, cables, electronic equipment, electric facilities, etc. The MIS-D5 is used to measure the insulation resistance that represents the state of insulation of electric equipment or circuits; it is one of the important measurement parameters in terms of safety and security. The device adopts a DC voltage converter of low consumption with a high converter ratio and inductance-type energy storage to convert 9V DC into 250V/500V/1000V DC.
Other main features include: easy to operate, wide test range, highly stable performance, back-lit LCD display, data hold and auto power off. Using the provided shoulder strap, it gives the user the freedom to operate with both hands.
